Tổng đài IP (IPPBX)

VigorIPPBX 3510 là giái pháp thoại tiên tiến dành cho doanh nghiệp. Các doanh nghiệp có nhiều văn phòng chi nhánh ở các tỉnh, thành phố trên toàn quốc, khi sử dụng VigorIPPBX 3510 sẽ thiết lập tất cả văn phòng chi nhánh thành một mạng riêng của doanh nghiệp đồng thời có thể sử dụng các dịch vụ dữ liệu, dịch vụ thoại một cách linh hoạt trên nền IP.

VigorIPPBX 3510 hỗ trợ 100 extension, mỗi extension sẽ được dành cho 1 IP Phone hoặc 1 điện thoại analog. Các extension dành cho các IP phone, điện thoại analog văn phòng chính, ở các chi nhánh hay cho người dùng từ xa.

VigorIPPBX cung cấp chất lượng thoại cao cấp cho tất cả các cuộc gọi đồng thời. Chất lượng cuộc gọi được đảm bảo tốt nhât cho những cuộc gọi từ nước ngoài.

Việc tính hợp card FXO cho phép người dùng ở chi nhánh quay số tới IP PBX và sau đó nhận được mã code để gọi ra PSTN. Sử dụng tính năng này giúp doanh nghiệp tiết kiệm chi phí : doang nghiệp chỉ phải trả chi phí cuộc gọi nội hạt cho các cuộc gọi liên tỉnh, hay doanh nghiệp chỉ phải trả chi phí cuộc gọi nội địa cho các cuộc gọi quốc tế.

VigorIPPBX 3510 hỗ trợ tính năng Vitural FAX. VigorIPPBX 3510 không chỉ hỗ trợ gửi và nhận FAX qua mạng PSTN mà còn hỗ trợ gửi và nhận FAX qua SIP.

FAX nhận được lưu trữ trong ổ đĩa USB kết nối với IPPBX, người dùng có thể kiểm tra và xem nội dung của FAX một cách dễ dàng. Ngoài ra FAX nhận được có thể được chuyển tiếp đến địa chỉ email đươc chỉ định bởi IPPBX. Vì vây, ngay cả khi một nhân viên đi công tác ở ngoài, nhân viên đó có thể gửi và nhận FAX bằng máy tính cá nhân hoặc điện thoại di động một cách dễ dàng.

Ngày càng nhiều doanh nghiệp sử dụng hệ thống thoại IP, để đảm bảo tính an toàn thông tin của mỗi cuộc gọi, VigorIPPBX 3510 hỗ trợ chức năng mã hóa ZRTP. ZRTP bảo vệ các gói tin của mỗi cuộc gọi mà không cần sử dụng tới VPN. Người dùng có thể chia sẻ dễ dàng chia sẻ định danh với nhau và có được một cuộc gọi được mã hóa an toàn.

Bộ định tuyến (Router)

VigorIPPBX 3510 ngoài chức năng của một tổng đài IP, còn tích hợp đầy đủ tính năng của một Router/ Firewall.

VigorIPPBX 3510 có 4 cổng LAN và 2 cổng WAN và 1 cổng USB dành cho USB 3G. Với 2 cổng WAN, Vigor IPPBX hỗ trợ cả 2 chế độ : load balancing và fail over.

VigorIPPBX 3510 cung cấp một cơ chế phòng thủ toàn diện, bao gồm chống DoS/DDoS và lọc các gói tin IP một cách linh hoạt, Vigor IPPBX 3510 cung cấp một số phương pháp lọc nội dung để kiểm soát truy cập của người dùng.

Multi-NAT

You have been allocated multiple public IP address by your ISP. You hence can have a one-to-one relationship between a public IP address and an internal/private IP address. This means that you have the protection of NAT (see earlier) but the PC can be addressed directly from the outside world by its aliased public IP address, but still by only opening specific ports to it (for example TCP port 80 for an http/web server)

Port redirection

The packet is forwarded to a specific local PC if the port number matches with the defined port number. You can also translate the external port to another port locally

As port redirection (above) but allows you to defined a range of ports

DMZ host

This opens up a single PC completely. All incoming packets will be forwarded onto the PC with the local IP address you set. The only exceptions are packets received in response to outgoing requests from other local PCs or incoming packets which match rules in the other two methods.
